Community Bible Experience welcomes everyone—from longtime churchgoers to the spiritually curious—into a fresh, open conversation about the Bible. This 8-week journey is less like a Bible study and more like a book club.
Community Bible Experience isn’t built on traditional Bible study methods. There’s no need to “manage” the conversation or coax people into sharing. That’s because when you invite your church to read big—12 pages a day, 5 days a week—people come ready to share.
We provide five conversation starters—simple, open-ended questions to help you discuss what you’ve read each week.
- What’s something you noticed for the first time?
- What questions did you have?
- Was there anything that bothered you?
- What did you learn about loving God?
- What did you learn about loving others?
Community Bible Experience is one of the easiest small group discussions to lead, period. No advance preparation needed for discussion leaders. No need to have all the answers. Just use the five conversation prompts to get things started. The group leader’s guide includes some week-by-week talking points leaders can use to cover each book of the New Testament and prepare their group for the week ahead.
